We work with project owners, funding sources and independent professional service providers to help identify and establish structures through which transactions can progress.
Our role is often one of coordination — understanding the objectives of each party, identifying potential obstacles and bringing together the appropriate expertise to address them.

Louis brings an entrepreneurial background spanning technology and business, with more than three decades of commercial experience. His work has centred on systems and process, international business relationships, and the facilitation of complex transactions.

Sebastian is a partner of Arcstone Partners. He works with clients and counterparties on the coordination of complex commercial transactions, with attention to clear communication between the parties and the professional service providers engaged to support them.
Arcstone Partners acts as an independent facilitator between the parties involved in a transaction.
Depending on the circumstances, our role may include introductions, transaction coordination, preliminary structuring discussions, identifying appropriate professional service providers and facilitating communication between counterparties.
Banking, legal, fiduciary, escrow, investment, tax and other regulated or specialist services are provided by the relevant independent professional organisations engaged for the transaction.
